Is the Sales Tax Report section working or not? So far it jams everything in one column. That was last month's report; this month's numbers are higher than actual total taxable and non-taxable sales. I hand calculated the taxes and they match those in the sales tax payable GL entries.

I am beginning to wonder if continue use of this program is going to worth the effort and trouble...I am disappointed in its current state.

I have also problems with CM's when applying them to invoices. I have had one that was approved to show up correctly but then when I went to apply it, it did not reflect the sales tax credit and it was displayed its total missing the sales tax amount. So far this is random occurrence.

As for Sales Tax Report Section, it was a bug. Thanks to your previous report we found this bug and managed to fix it, you will see the result in the
next version of Free Accounting. We do apologize for this inconvenience from our side.

As for Credit Memo, please describe all the steps which you are doing and provide us with additional description of your issue. If it is suitable for you, you can send a screenshot to our email support@sysonline.com

Screen shots of return invoice, credit memo, Credit memo list, and invoice reconciliation Sent in zip package. Current email program would send unless zip. File were over 50 megs unziped.
